 Remuneration & Incentives
 
  • Our staff are remunerated based on market research, performance reviews and training results.  Where an increase applies, it is offered annually.
  • Staff retention is extremely important to us and we like to recognise those team members that go above and beyond their roles with ad hoc rewards.
  • We also encourage staff members to work effectively as a team and offer a team bonus upon reaching targets for that Financial year.  These incentives are also paid annually.
  • We provide additional paid annual leave between Christmas and New Years - that is almost 5 weeks of annual leave!
