Remuneration & Incentives

Our staff are remunerated based on market research, performance reviews and training results. Where an increase applies, it is offered annually.
Staff retention is extremely important to us and we like to recognise those team members that go above and beyond their roles with ad hoc rewards.
We also encourage staff members to work effectively as a team and offer a team bonus upon reaching targets for that Financial year. These incentives are also paid annually.
We provide additional paid annual leave between Christmas and New Years - that is almost 5 weeks of annual leave!
